Orders for available items placed through the Uazon Online Store (excluding holidays) are dispatched within 72 hours using the most suitable shipping method for our customers. Many orders are shipped the same day.

Exchange or Return of Goods

Returns

  1. We accept returns for defective products only and The amount of time a customer has to return a product is 2 days.
  2. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  3. Please contact our customer service team at info@mmelectronics.co to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

Refunds

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will call you to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  2. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 1 or 2 business days.
