This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the operational procedures, timelines, and costs associated with fulfilling orders placed through Mohammad Mahdi Electronics (uazon) Trading L.L.C (MME) via our official website (www.mme-ae.com). This document ensures transparency for our clients and strict compliance with Google Merchant Center guidelines.

1. Business Days & Order Cut-Off Time

  • Operating Days: Monday to Saturday (Excluding UAE Public Holidays).
  • Order Cut-Off Time: 3:00 PM Gulf Standard Time (GST).
Note: Orders placed after 3:00 PM GST will be queued for processing on the following business day. While our administrative office operates on Saturdays, carrier pickup and transit operations may vary based on the specific logistics provider.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

Handling time refers to the duration required to process, pack, and prepare your items before handing them over to the courier.

  • Office Stock: Orders for instruments available in our direct office inventory are processed within 0 business days (Same Day) if placed before the 3:00 PM GST cut-off.
  • Warehouse Stock: Orders for items sourced from our central warehouse require a processing time of 1 to 2 business days.

3. Delivery & Transit Times

Transit time is the duration the courier takes to deliver the package once it has been dispatched from our facility. We utilize a reliable network of couriers, including Apex Courier, Sky Express, and Porter (for immediate local dispatch).

4. Shipping Rates (UAE)

Shipping costs within the United Arab Emirates are calculated transparently based on the total cart value:

  • Orders above 500 AED: Free Delivery.
  • Orders 500 AED or below: A flat shipping rate of 37 AED aed+vat is applied at checkout.

5. International & High-Value Shipping

While our primary distribution network covers the UAE market, we facilitate international shipping as well for industrial equipment, testing instruments, and material diagnostic tools.

  • Eligibility: International shipping is available for all orders, but the shipping cost will be additional.
  • Rates & Carriers: International transit is handled via premium global logistics partners including DHL, UPS, and Aramex. Shipping rates, customs duties, and transit times for these orders are dynamically calculated based on the destination, weight, and dimensions of the instrumentation.
